We are a living history group based in Leven, Fife.
Our group was founded in 2000 with the ultimate aim of building a medieval village on a permanent site.
We hold our feasts and meetings in Hal'Tarthie (Arthur's Hall) On Nairn Street in Leven.

Our group is composed of members of many ages.

We take part in many different activities so there’s always something for everyone.

Some of the activities we take part in are:-

We give presentations to clubs, groups etc about Medieval Methil and individual members specialties

We also do presentations for schools. We can arrange a day's programme on 'Life in viking times','Life at the time of Wallace and Bruce' and 'Life at the time of Mary Queen of Scots'. These days include interactive experiences and fit in with the Curriculum for Excellence. For these school days we ask for a donation to Medieval Methil.
